I'm a UX Designer and UX Auditor with a focus on making digital products that work — not just look good. I combine systematic research with sharp visual thinking to identify where experiences break down and how to rebuild them.
My auditing practice is methodical: heuristic evaluation, user journey analysis, accessibility review, and friction mapping that translates into concrete, prioritized recommendations teams can actually act on.
